This website is designed to provide you with 24-hour internet based remote access to our index records as an alternative to in-person courthouse access.
This site is providing an unofficial copy of case index information and documents that are maintained by the Tarrant County District Clerk.
The clerk of the court is the official custodian of the court's records.
Please contact the Tarrant County District Clerk to obtain an official copy of a document.

The District Clerk has made Civil Minute Index books available, to view, from 1879 - 1930, for the 48th District Court.
In addition, The District Clerk has linked entries in the index books to digitized images for documents
contained in the following books:
● Civil Minutes - Volume 1
● Civil Minutes - Volume 2
● Civil Minutes - Volume 3
More links will be added, as more document books are digitized.
To perform a search, use the drop-down box filters in the “Search Index Books” box (see top left of the screen).
▸ To start, select the year range from the list in the first drop-down.
▸ Next, select the “Parties” type "Defendant" or "Plaintiff".
▸ Next, select a last name range to search for from the “Last Name” drop-down box.
▸ Finally, click on the “SEARCH” button, and QuickLink® presents the index pages corresponding to the search.
