The purpose of this website is to better serve, you, our customers, by using internet-based technology and support. Our Office provides 24-hour internet-based, remote access to our official records as an alternative to in-person courthouse access.
This site offers access to the following official record series:
- Marriage License Indexes and Records, prior to 1972
- Deed Indexes, 1948 to 1957
- Official Records Indexes and Records, 1958 to 1966
Official Records from 1964 to present day and Marriage License records from 1972 to present day can be viewed through our Official Records search tool.
Retrieving archived historical documents:
- Records can be downloaded here by adding
 to the shopping cart  and proceeding to the checkout.
- Contact 813-276-8100 ext. 7805 or email recording@hillsclerk.com for certified copies.
