As the Wayne County Register of Deeds, I am pleased to provide my constituents with this website to search through our Historic Index Books. To view these index books, you have several options:
1. Select a book type from the drop-down list in the "Search Index Books" box (to the left of this text), make your selection from the additional options for that book type and click the Search Button.
2. If you know the liber book type, number and page, you can use the "Seach Liber" section of this application.
3. If you know the book spine number and tab, you can use the "Search Books" section of this application.

This site also offers access to historical Liber Index Books. To view these index books, use the Search Liber Box to the left. You can choose the type of Liber to search, by selecting one of the follwing, from the drop-down box:
