The Honorable Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Court & County Comptroller of Pasco County, Florida, is pleased to provide accessibility to Pasco County's Historical Records, including Deeds and Official Records dated 1876-1974. This website is designed to provide you with 24-hour remote internet access to our Historical Records. Documents that relate to probate or family law cases, military discharges, and death certificates will not be viewable via the QuickLink website.
This site offers access to the following official record series for searching:
- Years 1876 - 1953 in Deed Books 1 - 181
- Years 1954 - 1974 in Official Records Books 1 - 778
- Years 1889 - 1985 Tax Rolls
The images archived in the Pasco County Official Record are digital reproductions of the original documents presented to the Clerk for recording. Except as specifically directed by law (e.g., redaction of information directed by statute), the Clerk's Office does not alter the content of the original documents during the recording process. Unclear or illegible content in the archived image is likely to be the result of unclear or illegible content in the original document.
Indexes are available from 1975 through the current date and images from 1990 to the present are viewable online at https://www.pascoclerk.com/ by the public except for documents related to probate or family law cases, military discharges, and death certificates.
