The Honorable Laura Hughes, Kaufman County Clerk, is pleased to provide our customers with this website to search index books, and view document records related to those index books. This website is designed to provide you with 24-hour internet based remote access to our records as an alternative to in-person courthouse access.
The documents referenced in these deed index books range from 1902 through 1968, and you can view these documents by clicking on the link provided on the index book page, or by entering the book type, volume and page numbers in the Search By Document box on the left side of this screen.
