The Honorable Liz James, Harrison County Clerk, is pleased to provide our customers with this website to search index books, view document records and purchase document records. The purpose of this website is to better serve you, our customers, by using internet based technology and support. This website is designed to provide you with 24-hour internet based remote access to our records as an alternative to in-person courthouse access.
Harrison County has made three sets of Index Books available for you to review in QuickLink:
1. Deed Index Books - from 1840 - 1920
2. Deed of Trust Index Books - from 1880 - 1907
3. Probate Minutes - from 1800s - 2005
Document records related to these indexes are available for purchase by clicking on the links within the index books.
Please note: Document records related to Deed of Trust, Volume 9, start on Page 57 (pages 1 through 56 are index pages).
